Spinach & Ricotta Cheese (paneer) Roll
Ingredients:
2 cups Chopped Spinach
1 tsp Canola oil
1/2 cup Ricotta cheese (or Paneer)
1/2 cup Chopped Onion
1/2 cup All purpose flour
3/4 cup Wheat flour
1/2 tsp Ginger Garlic paste
Salt to taste
Directions:
-> Mix the All purpose flour, Wheat flour, 1/4 tsp of Salt & Baking pwd together and make a dough.
-> Take a pan, pour the oil. Once the oil is heated add the onion and fry them till it is golden brown.
-> Add some salt and ginger garlic paste, when the raw smell is gone add Spinach and cook it for 5 mins in medium heat. Keep as side the cooked Spinach.
-> Now mix ricotta cheese with the cooked spinach.
-> Take the dough and roll it with the rolling pin till its 6 to 7 diameter and stuff it with the mixture of spinach and ricotta cheese and deep fry the rolls in the Oil.
Fish Fry
Ingredients:
- 1 lb Cat fish nuggets
- 1 tsp Ginger garlic paste
- 1 tsp Coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp Tamarind paste (or 1 tsp Lime)
- 1/4 tsp Black pepper powder
- 1/4 tsp Chilly powder
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
- 1/4 cup Cilantro
- Salt to taste
Directions:
-> Mix Coriander, Tamarind paste or lime, Ginger Garlic paste & Cilantro with the fish.
-> Add Salt, Black pepper & Chilly to taste.
-> Marinate for half an hour.
-> Take a skillet and shallow fry the marinated fish.
Once the fish is fried well its ready to serve.

Healthy Veggie Wrap (Mushroom)
Ingredient:
2 Trottilas
1 cup Chopped Mushroom
1 Onion (slice it into half thin rings)
1 cup Cabbage
1/2 cup sliced Tomato
1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste
1/4 tsp Hot sauce (according to your taste)
Salt to taste
Directions:
-> All the veggies should be chopped long.
-> In a skillet over medium-high heat, cook the mushroom. Instead of oil use 2 tsp of water to cook the mushroom (add water whenever the veggies sticks to the skillet). Add ginger garlic paste and salt to taste. Set aside the cooked mushroom.
-> Toss the sliced onion in the same skillet and remember that add water instead of oil. Cook the onion for 1 min, later cook both cabbage and onion for 1 min next add the tomato.
-> Once the onion, cabbage and tomato is half cooked add salt and hot sauce to taste.
-> Microwave the trottilas for 30 seconds and wrap the veggies in the trottilas.
